A fantastic pair of Scottish silver wine coasters. The sides of the coasters are pierced with an unusual trellis/basket weave design. The borders of the coasters are embellished with vine leaves and grapes. The bases are made of silver. Silver based coasters are rare and were made for the top end of the market. Wooden bases are more the norm. These coasters are in excellent condition and are well marked on the bases.
