A pair of very fine antique silver George III period candelabra with baluster stems and oval bases. The candelabra have fine palmette decoration to the upper part of the base. The lovely design is also repeated on the centre section of the candelabra branches and each of the detachable nozzles. Dimensions: height (to sides) 47.75 cm, height (to centre) 42 cm, height (of candlesticks alone) 30 cm, width (of branches) 51.2 cm; weight (of branches) 70 troy oz.
