If you wish to return an item, we ask it is returned to us no more than 14 days from the date of receipt. As long as the item is in the same condition as when it left us, we will refund the full cost of the item. Care & Maintenance
All of our hallmarked Silver and Enamel models are easy to keep clean. The application of a varnish in the enamel process covers the silver, making them resistant to tarnish. A soft cloth for light dusting is advised but proprietary silver cleaning product such as Silvo or Goddards silver polish are not required.
