Mug - Sheffield 1935
£625.00
A fine quality sterling silver pint mug, made in a particularly heavy gauge. Mugs of this period are usually around 320-350g, so this example at 382g shows a nice quality to the piece. Styled in design as a mug from the Queen Anne period, it has a plain thumbpiece and reeded detail around the body. The maker, Roberts & Belk, was noted as making excellent quality pieces around the early part of the 20th Century.
