In celebration of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee, we have commissioned a limited edition of 70 Queen Elizabeth II Rose Beakers. Designed by Sheffield designer James Bailey, each beaker features 11 hand chased roses, or rose buds, the same number as shown on the Queen’s Personal flag, created in 1960 to represent her role as head of the Commonwealth. Each beaker is handmade in Britannia silver in the UK, using both modern and traditional manufacturing techniques of chasing, engraving, planishing and polishing. The beaker can be ordered with a couple of options for the base. Either with the royal crest and dates in the centre, or with a plain centre and only the hallmark and limited edition number.
