Silver Wine Funnel & Stand Bead

Our hallmarked silver wine funnel and stand is a superb gift. Based on a Victorian reproduction, the wine funnel has been hand made to the highest possible standards. The funnel is made in 2 parts for easy cleaning, and has fine holes in the body to enable the wine to filter through, and usually would not require any muslin cloth to be used as part of the filtration process. The wine funnel has a fine ‘bead ‘ decoration throughout and features exquisite mirror polishing to the exterior, and a rich gold gilt lining on the interior parts to prevent staining. When not in use, the wine funnel sits handsomely on the matching silver stand, which is also made from hallmarked sterling silver. The stand is a practical piece which collects any wine residue and prevents it spilling on your furnishings. To prevent the silver from tarnishing, we recommend a regular clean with an impregnated silver cloth, or alternatively, use a recommended silver polish and a soft cloth. Any wine residue should be removed straight after use, using hot soapy water and a soft cloth.
