This exceptional antique George III sterling silver small mug has a plain baluster-shaped form onto a circular domed spreading foot. The surface of this antique silver mug is embellished with the engraved initials, J L. This Child’s /Lady’s antique silver mug is fitted with an impressive tooled decorated S scroll handle. Such small Georgian tankards are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Capacity, 125 ml.
