At just 10g, this hippo model is a genuine miniature, considerably scaled down from the animal's real bulk. Sterling silver with a fired enamel finish and a lacquer coat to resist tarnishing.

Care
Never use silver dip or abrasive polish on the enamel. Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; for tarnish, use a silver polishing cloth on the silver areas only. If it needs washing, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap and a very soft brush on the silver crevices, avoiding the enamel, then rinse and dry at once.
