James Bailey designed this coaster specifically to mark Francis Howard's 150th year in business, its body saw-pierced by hand to show a pheasant among reeds. The company believes only two saw piercers remain in the Sheffield trade still capable of this particular technique.

Care
A treated silver polishing cloth is usually enough for light tarnish; for heavier tarnish use a silver foam or cream, rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly. Avoid silver dip for hollow pieces. Store wrapped in acid-free tissue or a tarnish-proof bag, and keep rubber bands away from silver.
